is an integral part of the Direct English system which teaches effective English skills within a business context. By combining course material, based on real business scenarios, with the dynamics of a classroom, students develop the language skills they need to communicate confidently in an English speaking work environment.

Learning Outcome

Students are engaged in communicative activities to develop their ability to speak, listen, read and write in English, all within a business framework. They will learn how to make effective phone calls, give presentations, write memos and emails, and even how to socialise with clients to build rapport. They will work with graphs, and charts and familiarise themselves with talking about figures and data

Entry

Anyone can join this programme, provided they are over the age of 18. There are no academic requirements, and no level restrictions. However, students are encouraged to have at least an A2/B1 minimum level requirement in order to get the best from this course. Students with higher levels will also benefit from this programme, as they will be introduced to the world of business, or will build on existing business knowledge.
